We provide paid media management and lead and sales generation services, including campaign strategy, setup and optimization on advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), creative strategy, tracking and reporting. The specific scope for each client is agreed in writing before work begins.
Clients request our services by booking a call or submitting a request through this website. Services start once the scope and fee have been agreed in writing (including by email) and the first invoice has been issued.
Our fee consists of a fixed monthly fee plus a variable fee calculated as a percentage of the client's monthly advertising investment, as set out in our Services & Pricing page and confirmed in each client's written proposal. Fees are invoiced monthly and payable within the term stated on each invoice. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in our fees. Applicable taxes are added where required by law.
The client provides access to the necessary ad accounts, assets and information, and is responsible for the accuracy of their offers, products and claims, and for complying with the policies of each advertising platform.
Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, market conditions and the client's offer. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific results.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Creatives and materials produced for the client become the client's property once the corresponding fees have been paid. We may mention the client's name and general results as a case study unless the client objects in writing.
Both parties keep confidential any non public information received from the other party during the engagement.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
